Identification

Prior to certifying documents, we require specific identity verification requirements to ensure the authenticity of the individuals involved in a transaction and to prevent fraud.

Each person to be verified must provide:

  • An original, unexpired government-issued photo ID document
    This includes passports, photocard driving licences, national ID cards, or other forms of ID with a photo and signature.
     
  • An original document that show proof of residency
    This includes bank statements and utility bills.

Businesses may require extra identification checks.
In any case, we will advise you on the specific documents required for your situation.
