Fees & Pricing
Transparent, Competitive Pricing
Notarial services starting from
just £60
We believe in providing a premium notarial service at fair and competitive prices. Our fees are transparent, with notarial services starting from just £60, and we will always provide a clear quotation before any work begins.
Before proceeding, we will assess your requirements and explain any additional steps that may be necessary, such as Apostille, embassy legalisation, certified translations or international courier services. You will receive a full breakdown of all costs in advance, with no hidden charges.
Notarial Fees
Our fees are generally charged on a per document basis, although more complex matters may be charged according to the time involved. Where possible, we will provide a fixed fee quotation at the outset so you know exactly what to expect.
The final fee will depend on factors such as:
- The number of documents requiring notarisation.
- The complexity of the matter.
- Whether documents need to be drafted or reviewed.
- Whether identity verification or company checks are required.
- Any additional legalisation or certification requirements.
No VAT is charged on our notarial services.
Additional Services
Where required, we can also arrange:
- Apostille through the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO)
- Embassy or Consular legalisation
- Certified translations
- International courier services
- Company searches and Companies House documents
- Verification of academic or professional qualifications
- Attendance at your home or office by prior arrangement
Any additional charges will always be discussed and agreed with you before we incur them.
Disbursements
Disbursements are costs paid to third parties on your behalf and are charged at cost. These may include:
- FCDO Apostille fees
- Embassy or Consular legalisation fees
- Courier charges
- Translation fees
- Companies House fees
- University or professional body verification fees
Where possible, we will advise you of these costs in advance and will not incur any disbursements without your authority.
We also aim to minimise your overall costs wherever possible. For example, where appropriate, we may be able to combine multiple documents under a single notarial certificate, reducing the number of Apostille or embassy legalisation fees payable.
Commissioner for Oaths
We also provide Commissioner for Oaths services for documents intended for use within England and Wales, where appropriate.
The statutory fee is:
- £5.00 for administering an affidavit, statutory declaration or affirmation.
- £2.00 for each exhibit attached.
Where the statutory fee does not apply, our fixed fee for Commissioner for Oaths services is £10.00.
Please note that documents intended for use outside the United Kingdom will generally require notarisation rather than Commissioner for Oaths certification.
